Stomach update.

1st picture was at my heaviest, a little over 250lbs. Unknown body fat percentage, but I’m guessing in the 30%’s. Pant size: 18/20.

2nd picture was I had lost 90lbs, but gained about 15lbs of fat back, and usually only did cardio, no lifting. Weight: 160lbs, Body fat percentage: 23%. Pant size: 10ish.

3rd and 4th picture: Taken 11 weeks after the 2nd picture. Mainly lifting, with a bit of HIIT cardio. Weight: 164lbs, Body fat percentage: 18.7%. Pant size: 6/8.

I still want to lose 5% more body fat, and gain loads of muscle. I still have a pooch and I can still grab fat off of my stomach, but whaaaat I have hip bones??? They’ve never shown before! And where are you baby abs, please come out?!? Ha.

I know there is minimal change between the last two photos, I’m still super proud though because I know what I’ve achieved between those last two pictures! My butt is smaller, my back is smoother, my arms and legs are shit tons stronger. All my lifts are bigger and better and I’m SO HAPPY.
My obsession with eating and my weight and the guilt is starting to dissipate and I feel now like this is the life I’ll be living forever, it’s not a chore. My achievement isn’t tied to a number on the scales anymore, it’s how I feel and my performance in my sport and that is an AMAZING feeling. My body will only continue to change, shape and mould because I know I’m living a healthier life.
What a relief.
