CW: Much lessI know there is minimal change between the last two photos, I’m still super proud though because I know what I’ve achieved between those last two pictures! My butt is smaller, my back is smoother, my arms and legs are shit tons stronger. All my lifts are bigger and better and I’m SO HAPPY.
My obsession with eating and my weight and the guilt is starting to dissipate and I feel now like this is the life I’ll be living forever, it’s not a chore. My achievement isn’t tied to a number on the scales anymore, it’s how I feel and my performance in my sport and that is an AMAZING feeling. My body will only continue to change, shape and mould because I know I’m living a healthier life.
What a relief.
I think it is fair I share it with everyone who needs motivation even though it is so embarrasing for me. Keep going!
