1st picture was at my heaviest, a little over 250lbs. Unknown body fat percentage, but I’m guessing in the 30%’s. Pant size: 18/20.
2nd picture was I had lost 90lbs, but gained about 15lbs of fat back, and usually only did cardio, no lifting. Weight: 160lbs, Body fat percentage: 23%. Pant size: 10ish.
3rd and 4th picture: Taken 11 weeks after the 2nd picture. Mainly lifting, with a bit of HIIT cardio. Weight: 164lbs, Body fat percentage: 18.7%. Pant size: 6/8.
I still want to lose 5% more body fat, and gain loads of muscle. I still have a pooch and I can still grab fat off of my stomach, but whaaaat I have hip bones??? They’ve never shown before! And where are you baby abs, please come out?!? Ha.
